Vozes da Transição (Voices of the Transition) is a training program in digital communication strategies and tools, created by Instituto Folio to strengthen communication as a strategic pillar of the tropical transition toward regenerative and organic agriculture.

The program was designed to support people who are already carrying out the regenerative organic transition of grain production in practice and want to better communicate what they do, expanding relevance, reach, and impact.

The initiative connects on-the-ground practice, technical knowledge, and communication strategy to turn real experiences into replicable references for the future of Brazilian agriculture.

Vozes da Transição takes place in three complementary stages:

• Opening webinar
  An online meeting introducing the program, the context of the tropical transition, and the strategic role of communication in this process.
• In-person immersion
  A one-day, in-person gathering in São Paulo, with practical sessions on narrative, storytelling, algorithm logic, digital formats, and public positioning.
• Individual mentoring
  Three months of follow-up focused on applying the strategies learned, testing formats, analyzing results, and advancing relevance and consistency.

Throughout the program, each participant develops their Power Map, which guides the entire communication journey.

• Grain producers who are already transitioning to or consolidating regenerative and organic agriculture
• Technicians, agronomists, and researchers working with regenerative organic agriculture
